Since the sales team started growing bigger we decided it would be a perfect timing for a Team Building trip. Our choice fell on Hungarian cultural capital of Budapest. Our six-days trip was great for the sales team to get to know each other better and build effective working relationships. The daily hours were mostly scheduled with work-related activities, while the evenings were mostly filled with sightseeing around Budapest and going out.
We started our days with Sessions, presentations and lots of discussions on Product knowledge, as well as GDPR and Insight of the sample market. It was also important to get the new team members more acquainted with our sampling services and all the details about how we work.
With a unique, youthful atmosphere, a scenic setting and its architecture, as well as a pulsating night life Budapest, was a delight to visit.
The river Danube splits the city approximately in half, with the west side called Buda and the east called Pest. Of course, we had to visit both sides of the city.
Pest has a lot of bars, restaurants, events to offer with its fast metropolis vibe, while Buda is more scenic, surrounded by beautiful hills, elegant architecture (Gellért Bath, Buda Castle, Fisherman’s Bastion and Matthias Church) and green nature.
Also, the Fisherman’s Bastion offered a magical panoramic view from the terrace on the scenic Budapest, Danube river and the chain bridge and an impressive Hungarian Parliament Building.
Of course, we couldn’t miss an evening cruise on the Danube. Budapest lights up after the sunset in its own unique and magical way, so it was an amazing experience to see the Parliament, all of the bridges, north of Buda and Pest and the Buda castle in their evening beauty.
At the end of the day, we only have praises for Budapest. The Team Building trip went great, as we were all delighted with the way it went. This event created everlasting memories, which are invaluable and incomparable for us as a team. After coming back to Skopje, we are feeling motivated after the trip and excited for what the next team building event will bring us!
