As we embark on our collective journey in Q3 we must come together and look back on Q2 along with all of its ups and downs.
June 28th was the day that marked the end of one of our greatest quarters so far. The teams from both Sample Solutions and Sales.Rocks gathered together in one place to celebrate Q2 and look back on everything that happened in these past 3 months. We reflected on the achievements and obstacles that we faced and set our course for Q3.
Everyone was tasked with presenting their individual OKRs as well as their teams’ OKRs so as to make sure that we are all working towards the same goal.
It was unanimously agreed upon that Q2 was an amazing quarter for both Sample Solutions and Sales.Rocks and in terms of deals won, the best in the past 10 years.
We’d like to share the highlights of Q2 that helped make it the best quarter so far:
Our beloved Client Service Manager Nikola and Chief Sampling Methodologist Katerina successfully presented their latest paper titled “Data Collection Mode Change: Going from CAPI to CATI – the case of Greece” at the World Association for Public Opinion Research (WAPOR) annual conference held in Toronto, Canada.
The Sample Solutions sales team achieved their quarterly target while the Sales.Rocks sales team got their first Freemium subscribers to their platform.
Our Social sampling team processed 124 orders within the past 3 months and welcomed a new teammate – which is the second expansion of the team in 6 months!
On the other hand, the B2B/B2C DATA Team completed 326 orders and received a significantly lower number of complaints this quarter! A new team record!
During Q2, Sample Solutions was also pleased to be re-certified with ISO 20252, an internationally recognized standard which ensures that our company and samples meet the needs of our clients through an effective quality management system. This standard is proof of our place in the group of global market research companies committed to high quality and means our clients can be confident that Sample Solutions is dedicated to maintaining the highest efficiency and responsiveness in achieving our ultimate goal – guaranteed client satisfaction.
And last but not least, the web team worked on implementing some necessary improvements on both our platforms! Now we have stable and solid products that we can proudly present to our clients!
