The team of Sample Solutions is more than happy for being a part of the biggest event in the market research industry, the Research Results 2016 trade show ( Research and Results 2016) which was held on 26th and 27th of October in Munich.
Coming here as exhibitors this year, it was an utmost pleasure to see the show as a complete success, achieving a new record with a remarkable attendance of 191 exhibitors from more than 20 countries.
MOC Convention Centre in Munich was the place where all the participants from the global market research industry gathered under the motto “Connecting marketing intelligence”- a perfect location that was easily reached.
As regular attendees for some years now, we took advantage of this opportunity to learn and discover the latest trends and innovations of the industry. Our client service manager responsible for the DACH region comments on her first experience at the fair: “As a native German speaker, I could notice that the number of German exhibitors was impressive. It was a great opportunity to communicate, listen and learn more. Both two days were very busy and I enjoyed a lot of interesting talks about the benefits of the market research, the customer satisfaction and experience and survey innovative methods. I really appreciate the opportunity to talk and learn from some of the leading professionals“.
Meeting the clients face to face is crucial to business success that helps us to establish and nurture a successful partnership or convert prospects into customers. with the main focus being on business networking and discovering the wide variety of tools and possibilities that can be used to support the client’s projects.
It was very interesting to see how all the exhibitors invested effort in their stands to attract the visitors to come by. We hosted our visitors with freshly squeezed orange juice and a cup of coffee in order to make them enjoy these two successful days.
On 26th of October, the Research Club was a host of the official opening night networking party. Broadest range of industry participants gathered in one space, enjoying a relaxed networking, refreshing with drinks and tasting some of the most delicious German specialties. It was a great environment to bring the existing clients closer so as to introduce new faces and meet the clients we’ve wanted to reach.
From our perspective, this has been a very successful and effective trade show to find inspiration and to discover new potentials for the business. Through quality conversations at our booth, we had a chance to meet exhibitors and participants from all over the world, meet old friends and reinforce the existing relationships with the clients.
The market research industry is dynamic and always changing. With every workshop filled to the last seat, most of the popular topics were: survey methods, innovation, improvement and customer satisfaction which made the show worth participating in every single aspect.
Interestingly enough, not only market researchers enjoyed the benefits of the show, but also field organizations, test studies, data collection and market research consultants, lots of people coming in and out, different audiences – needless to say, a perfect way to get to know a lot of new people and gain new contacts.
We are looking forward to Research & Results 2017 on 25th and 26th October. Having loved the feedback that we received from this event, we will definitely come back next year.
