This marks an important milestone in our journey since founding Sample Solutions in 2010—and opens up new possibilities for our clients across both B2B and academic research.
What This Means for Our Clients
All of our current services will continue without interruption. Sample Solutions will operate as usual throughout 2025, and there are no changes to our telephone sampling operations or project execution. Clients can expect the same team, the same reliability, and the same dedication to high-quality delivery.
Telephone Sampling
Our established telephone-based sampling services remain fully operational and unchanged. With Norstat’s backing, we will continue to deliver high-quality CATI sample for social, academic, and commercial research—while expanding our reach where needed.
Lifepanel Expansion
With the support of Norstat’s local infrastructure, we are expanding Lifepanel into new regions. We will be rolling out Lifepanel in the Nordics, Poland, and the Baltics, as well as accelerating its development in France, the UK, Italy, Switzerland, and Austria. This expansion will further support probability-based social and academic research with local reach and trusted fieldwork capacity.
B2B Digital Recruitment
Our B2B Digital Recruitment platform will now scale across Europe, offering GDPR-compliant access to verified B2B audiences. Respondents are validated via legal and professional networks to ensure accurate targeting and compliance.
Expect enhancements across recruitment channels, validation layers, and overall data breadth—supporting expert networks, niche targeting, and custom B2B studies.
Carsten Broich will continue as Managing Director of Sample Solutions, reporting directly to Norstat CEO Erling Eriksen.
